1 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the Runex RSPS platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, virtual games, and any future services. Runex RSPS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Bengali version shall take precedence. Runex RSPS is licensed and operates under international gaming regulations.

• All platform users must be legally capable and responsible adults
• Each individual may operate one account only
• A zero-tolerance policy applies to all fraudulent activity

2 Account Registration & Verification

When registering on Runex RSPS, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account termination at any time, and Runex RSPS reserves the right to withhold any funds in such cases.

Before making your first withdrawal, you will need to verify your identity using a National ID (NID) or passport. This process is typically completed within 24 hours. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.

• A maximum of one account per person is permitted
• To update any information provided at registration, please contact our support team
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure
• Sharing your login credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited
• Transactions are processed faster once KYC verification is complete
• If multiple accounts are detected from the same device or IP address, all accounts will be suspended

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposits and withdrawals on Runex RSPS are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally instant, though occasional delays may occur.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. To prevent money laundering, Runex RSPS monitors all high-value transactions.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering conditions are met
• If a transaction is delayed due to a technical issue, please notify our support team
• Runex RSPS reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers on Runex RSPS are provided under specific terms and conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, expiry period, and eligible games. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Bonus abuse — including creating fake accounts, multiple members of the same household claiming the same bonus from separate accounts, or intentionally placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension if detected.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Withdrawing before meeting a bonus's wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited
• All bonuses must be used within their specified time limit
• Runex RSPS reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

5 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on Runex RSPS, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The outcome of each bet is determined according to the rules of the relevant sport. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

In live betting, odds can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed will be the odds that apply. If a bet fails to go through due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded. Runex RSPS reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds.

• The minimum bet amount varies depending on the market
• A match result will be considered valid once at least 90% of the match has been completed
• If a match is abandoned, all bets placed on that match will be voided
• Accounts will be investigated if match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected
• Using a betting system to cheat is strictly prohibited

6 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on Runex RSPS. These rules exist to protect the security of the platform and the interests of all users.

• Operating multiple accounts
• Registering with false information or using another person's details
• Bonus Abuse or Fraudulent Betting
• Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to hack or exploit the platform's systems
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Betting using bots or automated software

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

Runex RSPS believes betting is meant to be enjoyable, not addictive. We take responsible gaming seriously and encourage every user to stay aware of their personal limits.

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set
• Self-exclusion periods are available from 6 months up to 5 years
• Cooling-off periods can be set anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days
• Your betting history is available to view at any time
• Use parental controls to protect minors

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Runex RSPS treats the protection of your personal data as a top priority. Information collected at registration is used solely for account management, identity verification, and service improvement. Your data is never sold to third parties.

9 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw all available balance before doing so. Once an account is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Runex RSPS reserves the right to close an account without notice in the following circumstances — violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or a court order.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any complaints or disputes, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority.

• An initial response will be provided within 24 hours of submitting a complaint
• Complex issues are handled with a target resolution time of 7 business days
• All communications are recorded and kept on file
